Last Friday at 1:30 in the afternoon I died. Well, miraculously I’m not dead. I was loading the shopping cart onto the forklift at the front door of my building, and I don’t know what happened. It was a freak accident. The cart might have backed up and pushed me back, and I stepped on my shoe or slipped, I don’t know, and I fell on my back. There is always some sand on the ground because I live next to the beach. Everything happened in an instant. I hit my left buttock area and hit the back of my head hard against the glass of the building’s door, shattering it. I didn’t lose consciousness that I know, and I got up quickly. I tried to stop the fall with my left wrist because it’s strained; it is what hurts me the most. I have a little pain in my left buttock, but my back is fine. My head is still a bit stunned. Everything seems to be fine, thanks be to God. The picture shows the shattered glass.
